Delivery to set up, waitstaff service, and our personal touch are details we are committed to provide you to promise a memorable and stress-free event. If you do not see what you are looking for in our menus, please call our catering consultants with any inquiry you have. We are dedicated to personalizing your event.
- Times, guest counts and menu revisions are to be given 4 days prior to the event.
- A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Final Payment is required 4 days prior to the event.
- Call us about our cancellation policies.
- Warming trays and fuel sold separately.
- State Sales Tax is an additional charge.
- Delivery charge is an additional charge, which entails food being delivered only. A Driver Set Up charge is a separate fee from the delivery charge. Please call us for delivery and set up prices.
- Wait staff and bartenders are available to help facilitate your event. If you wish to use our servers/bartender, we will assist you in determining the amount needed for your event. There is a three-hour minimum for each server/bartender.
- There is a $200.00 minimum order on the Ala Cart Menu. All other menus excluding the Ala Cart Menu, have a minimum of 15 guests.
- Disposable tableware included with selected packages include plate, fork, knife and napkin. Serving utensils are included with all catering items. Disposable tableware is not included with appetizers and dessert items.
- We are a full-service catering company, and we can arrange for all your rental needs. Tables, chairs, linen, china, flatware, glassware and tents are some of the items we can provide for you.
Safety & Procedures
We at Romo Catering & Special Events ensure all our procedures and staff are following the state’s safety guidelines. We will practice all sanitation requirements throughout our facility as well as the venue we are delivering to. Our highest priority is providing our staff and your safety.
